the product photos on are there as a reference to the style and mood you can expect, but the arrangement you receive will not be identical to the image. this is because i change which flowers & foliage i used based on the seasons!

this allows me to show the florals at their best and gives you something unique each time you order.

i do my best to provide you with the best quality of goods i can, but it's important to understand that flowers are perishable goods and making them last to their fullest potential requires specific home care!

this includes:

• making sure your stems are always in water.

• reducing bacteria by changing the water every other day & trimming stems if possible.

• keeping your florals out of direct sunlight and away from fruit or air vents.

• removing flowers as they die/rot to keep the rest of your blooms fresh for as long as possible.

i offer a 48 hour guarantee on your flowers, so if you contact me in that window showing me the issue, i will gladly replace them.

i delivery monday, wednesday or friday between 12pm and 7pm but you are encouraged to add your preferred delivery time in the order form when prompted and i will do my best to accomodate!

if i have any concerns about the delivery information provided, i will contact you by text or email to confirm details.

i will knock/ring the doorbell when i get to the address and if there is no answer, i will text or call the recipient. please plan to be available or let the recipient know to expect the delivery.

due to Edmontons drastic climate most of the year, flowers cannot be left outside most of the year if no one answers for the delivery.

if this is the case, i will take the flowers back with me and arrange pickup with you for another time.

if you have a unique concept in mind or want me to make an arrangement with a specific kind of flower, i would be happy to work with you to create a custom piece in my style.

please keep in mind that i will not directly copy another florists work and that ordering a specific type of flower when it is not in season can be quite expensive!
